Customizing Your Daily Plan
Easily add meals from your cookbook to your daily plan, or use our recipe generator for new culinary discoveries that fit your diet. Remember your daily plan is meant to keep you on track and within range of your recommended BMR.
Calorie and Macro Guidance
Based on your profile and goals, we have put together recommended calorie and macro guidance per each day. Choose to either build your meal plan manually or let our AI do it for you, aligning with your dietary targets.
Tracking Made Simple
Track the nutritional content of each meal with a simple click by adding to your daily plan and clicking 'track'. Use this along with the symptom tracking tab to refine your dietary choices based on your body's responses.
