Among them, Dr. Renee Korczak, Ph.D., RDN, CSSD, LD, and Daniel Neuman, RDN, MSc, CYT, CDE, embody the fusion of scientific expertise and a passion for harnessing technology to empower individuals in their health journeys.

Renee Korczak Ph.D., RDN, CSSD, LD

Dr. Renee Korczak is an advanced practice registered dietitian nutritionist with over 15 years of experience working with clients and patients in a 1:1 setting. She received her Ph.D. training in Human Nutrition from the University of Minnesota, where she specialized in digestive health research. As a clinician, Renee worked at the Minneapolis, VA Healthcare System and had the unique opportunity to work alongside professional athletes from the Minnesota United FC; where she designed diets for endurance athletes considering the unique challenges of professional sports training.

Dr. Korczak is a published author and speaker, having given over 100 scientific presentations to date on various topics including fiber/prebiotics, whole grains, children’s nutrition, sports nutrition, gut health, and more. Dr. Korczak was drawn to Eatwise AI to better understand how AI technology can help everyday consumers with nutrition to help support their lifestyle. In a world of nutrition misinformation, one of our goals at Eatwise is to deliver credible science-based information with a personal touch.

Daniel Neuman RDN, MSc, CYT, CDE

Daniel Neuman, a Registered Dietitian and advisor at Eatwise, possesses a comprehensive academic background with degrees in Immunology and Infection (BSc), Molecular Medicine (MSc), and Nutrition Sciences (BSc and Dietetic Internship). Currently, he serves as a clinician specializing in chronic disease prevention and management, focusing on weight management, diabetes, cholesterol control, and digestive health. He has helped thousands of clients meet their health goals through holistic, yet evidence-based education and counseling. Daniel has a rich academic history, having taught at the University level and contributed as a published author in academia. His expertise extends beyond the medical field, with a culinary background that includes teaching international cooking classes and nutrition workshops. Furthermore, he is actively pursuing certifications as a diabetes educator (CDE), engaging in training for AI prompt engineering, and holds certification as a yoga instructor. Daniel believes nutrition education and technological tools can inspire individuals to achieve their health goals. He envisions leveraging Eatwise AI to train and utilize artificial intelligence, enhancing the accessibility of evidence-based nutrition advice and fostering healthier eating habits.
