Omega-3 Rich Fish Tacos

Delicious fish tacos packed with heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids and fiber, perfect for a cholesterol-lowering diet.
Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
Coat the fish fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the fish for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Assemble the tacos by placing fish on each tortilla, topping with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
