Creamy Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions
