Mediterranean Inspired Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the dairy-free yogurt with cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Layer the yogurt mixture in two glasses or jars.
Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle chopped nuts and chia seeds over the berries.
Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if desired.
