Mediterranean Fruit Parfait

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (dairy-free for vegan option)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
In a serving glass or bowl, layer the yogurt mixture with the mixed berries, chopped nuts, and chia seeds.
Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass.
