Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 4 oz. sliced turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
