Middle Eastern Inspired Turkey Sandwich

A delicious and heart-healthy Turkey sandwich inspired by Middle Eastern flavors, perfect for a diet aimed at lowering high cholesterol.
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 4 oz. sliced turkey breast
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced tomato
- 1/4 cup mixed greens
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped mint, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
