Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (such as blueberries or raspberries)
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Toppings: sliced almonds, fresh berries, shredded coconut, honey (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen berries, avocado, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, almond milk, rolled oats, almond butter, and cinnamon.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
