Asian-Inspired Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of diced mixed fruits (such as berries, mango, kiwi)
  • 1/2 cup of dairy-free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped almonds or walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the diced fruits with chia seeds and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken.
In a serving glass or bowl, layer the fruit mixture, dairy-free yogurt, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
