Indian-Inspired Chicken for Lowering High Cholesterol

A delicious and heart-healthy Indian-inspired chicken recipe designed to support a diet aimed at lowering high cholesterol.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, making sure they are well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the marinated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
