Soya Chaap, Daal, Paneer Sabji, Soya Bean Chunks, Fried Rice, Peanut Butter

A heart-healthy Indian-inspired recipe designed to support a diet aimed at lowering high cholesterol, rich in soluble fiber, plant-based proteins, and healthy fats.

Ingredients

  • 200g soya chaap
  • 1 cup daal
  • 200g paneer
  • 1 cup soya bean chunks
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
Add tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add soya chaap, daal, paneer, and soya bean chunks. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
In a separate pan, heat some olive oil. Add cooked brown rice and peanut butter. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
Serve the soya chaap, daal, paneer sabji, soya bean chunks with the fried rice. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
