Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 tsp baking soda

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well until a dough forms.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
