Mediterranean Baked Fish

A heart-healthy Mediterranean-inspired fish recipe rich in soluble fiber, plant-based proteins, and healthy fats, perfect for lowering high cholesterol levels.
Ingredients
- 4 fillets of white fish (such as cod or haddock)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the fish fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the olive oil over the fish and season with garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Top the fish with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
