Creamy Low-Carb Yogurt

A delicious and heart-healthy yogurt recipe that is low in carbs and cholesterol-free.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, mix almond milk, coconut yogurt, chia seeds, flaxseed, and vanilla extract.
Add sweetener to taste and stir well to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the mixture to thicken.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
