Ingredients
- 4 lean beef steaks (such as sirloin or flank)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, chopped thyme, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper.
