Indian-Inspired High Fiber Egg Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
