Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and green chili, sauté until onions are translucent.
