Spiced Indian Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with turmeric, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent.
