Middle Eastern Grilled Tuna with Brown Rice and Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate the tuna steaks in this mixture for 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the tuna steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired level of doneness.
