Mediterranean Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
