Grilled Chicken Caprese Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large Chicken breast, boneless
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz Fresh mozzarella, sliced or pearls
- Basil leaves, torn
- Balsamic glaze
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill the chicken breast for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and torn basil leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Slice the grilled chicken breast and place on top of the caprese salad.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
