Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole grain noodles
  • 1 cup diced mixed fruits (e.g., apples, berries, oranges)
  • 1 cup diced mixed vegetables (e.g., spinach, bell peppers, zucchini)
  • 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt
  • 1 slice of heart-healthy cake
  • Handful of gummy bears (sugar-free)
  • 1 square of dark chocolate
  • 1 cup mixed fruit smoothies
  • 2 whole grain waffles

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Cook the whole grain noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats with water and cook until creamy. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a baking dish, layer the cooked noodles, mixed fruits, and mixed vegetables.
