Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup whole grain noodles
- 1 cup diced mixed fruits (e.g., apples, berries, oranges)
- 1 cup diced mixed vegetables (e.g., spinach, bell peppers, zucchini)
- 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt
- 1 slice of heart-healthy cake
- Handful of gummy bears (sugar-free)
- 1 square of dark chocolate
- 1 cup mixed fruit smoothies
- 2 whole grain waffles
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Cook the whole grain noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats with water and cook until creamy. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a baking dish, layer the cooked noodles, mixed fruits, and mixed vegetables.
