Indian-Inspired Low Cholesterol Meal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentils, cooked
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add diced onions and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder, stir well.
Add chopped broccoli and spinach, cook until slightly softened.
Add cooked lentils, mix everything together.
