Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup cooked lentils
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place the whole wheat pizza crust on a baking sheet.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust.
Top with sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, red onions, black olives, artichoke hearts, lentils, and walnuts.
Sprinkle nutritional yeast, oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
