Fiber-Rich Chapati

A heart-healthy chapati recipe packed with soluble fiber, plant-based proteins, and healthy fats.
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and olive oil.
Gradually add water and knead the dough until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each chapati for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
Serve warm with your favorite curry or dip.
