Turkey and Avocado Wrap with Baby Carrots

Ingredients
- 4 oz turkey breast, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup baby carrots, washed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface.
Divide the sliced turkey and avocado evenly between the wraps.
Drizzle the dressing over the turkey and avocado on each wrap.
Roll up the wraps, tucking in the sides as you go.
In a microwave-safe dish, steam the baby carrots for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Serve the turkey and avocado wraps with the steamed baby carrots on the side.
