Turkey and Avocado Wrap with Baby Carrots

A delicious and heart-healthy wrap recipe with turkey, avocado, and baby carrots, inspired by Mexican flavors.
Ingredients
- 4 whole grain tortillas
- 8 oz. sliced turkey breast
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup baby carrots, for serving
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the avocado dressing.
Lay out the tortillas and divide the turkey, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro evenly among them.
Drizzle the avocado dressing over the fillings.
Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
Serve the wraps with a side of baby carrots.
