Turkey and Avocado Wrap

A delicious and nutritious lunch option for day #4 of a 5-day meal plan
Ingredients
- 1 whole grain tortilla
- 4 oz sliced turkey breast
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Handful of mixed greens
- 1 tbsp hummus
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
Instructions
Lay the whole grain tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread hummus evenly over the tortilla.
Layer the sliced turkey breast, avocado, mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots on top of the hummus.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve.
